- We support families whose children are experiencing difficulties in schools, e.g. physical, emotional, behavioural or learning, as well as truancy or unauthorised absences.
- Encourage parents and guardians to be involved in their child’s learning and development through raising awareness workshops and seminars.
- Mediation between parents and educational settings with advice and information, help with translation and interpreting during school visits and parents’ evenings.
- Help parents with the appeal process for school exclusions
